Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Confirm" if you wish to continue shopping, or "Checkout", and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
If you need to change or remove anything from your basket, click on View Basket on the left hand side of your screen.

We aim to keep our shipping costs to an absolute minimum for your convenience. Our minimum postage charge is £1.99 for small items such as tights. A single pair of shoes will be charged at just £3.99, two pairs at only £5.99 and, thereafter, only £1 per extra pair.
Prices quoted above are applicable to the UK only.
Overseas Customers
We welcome overseas customers – shipping costs start from just £4.99 for small items and £7.99 for one pair of shoes. This is an untrackable service but if you wish your order to be sent out using a trackable service please contact us for a quote.
Where an item is displayed with Free Post and Packing this is applicable to addresses within the UK only. However, overseas orders will still receive post and packing costs at half price.
We aim to dispatch orders within 5-10 working days. You will be contacted should any delays be likely. Orders which have to be imported from our US suppliers will take between 2-3 weeks to arrive in stock. These include Touch Ups, Liz Rene, Dyeables. Please see Customer Information page for more details on delivery timescales.
If a non-stock item is required urgently please refer to the relevant Priority Delivery options for more information.
Orders for dyed products could take 4-6 weeks during busy periods, therefore, please allow sufficient time prior to ordering.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with an estimated delivery time or the option to cancel your order.
Credit card payments are via Paypal which is a secure site. Please visit Paypal for security advice.

The Wedding Boutique do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
If your item is not suitable for any reason, you may return it for exchange or refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tissue, plastic bags etc., intact and unmarked, within 7 days of receipt, for either a refund of the item cost or exchange for another size or style (see below for exceptions to this). We do not refund postage costs. Items received after 7 days and within 14 days will be eligible for exchange or credit note. We do not accept returns after 14 days.
All items are fully inspected by us before they are sent out. Any shoes returned which have evidence of being worn without foot socks or have scuffed/pitted soles due to not trying on a clean carpeted surface are deemed unsuitable for return. Any item which is returned and not in the same condition it was dispatched will not be accepted back and you must arrange collection at your expense to have the goods returned to you.
Please notify us by email before returning goods and give details of exchanged goods required. We will then advise of any further postage costs to be paid.
Please include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip with the return inside the box or packaging and indicate whether an exchange or refund is required (under no circumstances must anything be taped to shoe boxes). Returns received without identification cannot be refunded.

Sale items may be returned for exchange only, subject to stock, or credit note.
Exceptions and Items Not Included In The Return Policy
Orders for jewellery sets which include earrings are not included in our return policy. Dyed orders are also excluded, together with hosiery, garters & socks and made to order hair accessories. Occasionally, we offer returned items to other customers at greatly reduced prices in our sale section - these items are NOT included in our returns policy.
Where an order has been placed for more than 2 items for the purposes of comparing, a re-stocking fee will be charged on the returned goods. An amount of 10% of the item cost will be deducted from the refund, or a minimum of £5 per item if 10% of the value of the goods is less. We want you to be happy with your purchase so please do contact us for advice prior to ordering in order to try to avoid any unnecessary expense to yourself.
Occasionally selected shoes are offered with free post, where these shoes are returned an amount of £5 per pair will be deducted from the refund to cover postage and packaging costs incurred (£2.99 will be deducted for handbags sent out free with shoes). Where a multiple order has been purchased with reduced post and packing costs, we reserve the right to deduct from any refund post and packing costs for each individual item.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a signed for service as we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
Delivery by Royal Mail: In the event that you are out when delivery of your parcel is attempted, a card will be left explaining how to arrange re-delivery/collection of your parcel. Should your item not be collected within ONE week (for Recorded Delivery) or THREE weeks (for non-signed for) of that date, Royal Mail will return it to us. In these circumstances you will be required to pay for the re-delivery of the parcel. Refunds will not be issued on uncollected parcels.
We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
Please allow upto 30 days from the date we receive your goods back for your refund to be completed. You will receive a confirmation of receipt email within 5 working days of receiving your goods back (excluding weekends and bank holidays). As we are constantly dealing with sales enquiries and shop customers, we regret we cannot answer e-mails or telephone queries regarding refunds unless the maximum time has passed.
Credit and debit card payments can be made securely through Netbanx or Paypal.
Payment by cheque/postal order prior to despatch - please allow upto 10 days for clearance. All cheques should be made payable to 'Greenaway Enterprises Ltd'.
