A. Generally, you should allow 7-10 working days for dispatch of your order, as not all items are in stock at all times and it may be necessary for us to order your item(s) in from our suppliers. There are exceptions to this timescale and these include items from our overseas suppliers (Touch Ups, Dyeables, Liz Rene, Johnathan Kayne, Menbur). Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for dispatch of these items. Made to order and handmade items, such as boots, jewellery and tiaras, fascinators, can take upto 4 weeks or more, so please do allow sufficient time when ordering. If you would like a delivery estimate prior to ordering, please do contact us and we will be happy to provide this.
Should your item be in stock at the time you place your order we will, of course, send it out straight away!
A. You don't have to register to place an order, you may checkout as a guest. However, the process is very quick and easy and is as simple as inputting your delivery details and inputting a password. Creating an account allows you to follow the progress of your order, view past orders, wish lists etc. You will receive regular updates each time your order status has changed.
A. Yes, you can have your order delivered to an alternative address. When placing your order you must first enter the address to where the card is registered but if you don't want us to ship to this address you can enter the alternative delivery address once you have completed the billing information - just untick the box entitled "I also want to ship to this address" and you will then be given the opportunity to complete the shipping address.
A. Yes, all "Touch Ups" and "Dyeables" branded shoes and handbags are included in our returns policy even if they have been dyed to either of the standard ivory colours, i.e. light ivory or medium ivory. Goods dyed to your own colour swatch are sadly not returnable.
A. Yes, we can offer a dyeing service on shoes and handbags. As we do not dye items "in-house" we can only offer this service on items purchased from us. Brands on which we can offer a dyeing service include: Rainbow Club, Rainbow Couture, Else, Paradox Pink and Belle, Touch Ups and Dyeables, all of which can be dyed to your own colour swatch. We can also offer a dyeing service on Shades branded items but this is to Shades own standard colours only. Please refer to the "Dyeing Service" section of the website for further information or contact us if you have a specific enquiry which has not been answered here.
A. Yes, you can order shoes to try for size first. Then order the relevant "Tried First" dyeing option before posting the shoes back to us.
A. Yes, we work from our Boutique in Cumbria. We have a good representation on display of the items we sell on our website (plus more besides), although if you are making a special trip to visit us it is adviseable to contact us in advance and let us know what you are looking for. Whilst we recognise the importance of offering the widest possible choice, we are, unfortunately, unable to hold absolutely everything in stock! Please see "Visiting our Shop" for further information.
