Delivery times

As we do not keep all styles in all sizes in stock at all times, our delivery times can vary across our many ranges. However, we aim to dispatch the majority of orders within 1-10 working days. Some products will state if there is a longer delivery timescale, for example items which are imported from the USA may take 2-3 weeks to arrive into stock.

If your order is required urgently, it may be possible to upgrade your order to a speedier delivery. Please contact us prior to placing an order to discuss the options.

Dyed orders can take upto 20 working days to be fulfilled (possibly longer at busy times but less at quieter times). If the order is required urgently, a priority dyeing service can be offered. Delivery Methods

Our standard UK delivery service uses either Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery or a courier service. Your goods should arrive within approximately 2-5 working days from dispatch and will require to be signed for. If you would like to upgrade to a speedier delivery, i.e. 1st class or special delivery, please do contact us to arrange this.

Overseas orders are sent out using Royal Mail international signed for delivery. Parcels to European destinations take approximately 5-10 working days; worldwide shipping is approximately 10-15 working days.
