Our delivery times can vary across our many ranges. Generally you should allow up to 10 working days to receive your order, unless you have been informed otherwise. As some of our ranges are imported from various parts of the world, delays of upto 4 weeks may, at busy times, be experienced.

Rainbow Club, Rainbow Couture, Else
Standard delivery is normally achieved within 3 -10 working days within the UK; up to 10-15 working days for overseas customers.
If your order is required urgently, you may choose either of our priority delivery options (UK only):
Gold Service = 2 working days at an extra cost of £7.50
Platinum Service = next working day at an extra cost of £10.00 (must be ordered before 11.00am)
These options are applicable to undyed orders only. Please see below for information relating to dyed orders.
Orders for items to be dyed can take between 10 and 20 working days to be fulfilled. Again, if the order is required urgently a priority dyeing service can provided. In addition to the cost of dyeing a product, the following delivery options can be selected:
Gold Service = 4 working days at an extra cost of £20.00
Platinum Service = next working day at an extra cost of £45.00
Touch Ups, Liz René, Johnathan Kayne, Dyeables
Standard delivery across these four ranges is normally achieved within 10 – 20 working days.
We import these products from the USA on a regular basis, but should you require your order within less than 10 working days, it is possible for us to offer an expedited delivery service. You will find this option at the start of each Designers page and simply add it to your basket as you would a product.
It is advisable that you contact us prior to placing your order so that we can check on the availability of the item(s) you require.
These delivery times apply to both undyed and dyed orders.
Please note: Where you have chosen to have your Touch Ups/Liz Rene/Dyeables shoes and/or handbag dyed to your own swatch, these are made from American white satin which will affect the final colour. All items will be dyed to indoor lighting unless otherwise specified. Items dyed to daylight will not match indoors. Whilst the greatest care is taken when matching colour dyes a 100% match is not always achievable due to different fabrics. Dyeing of products is, therefore, undertaken at customer's own risk.
Lexus, Meadows, Anne Michelle
Delivery is normally achieved within 5 working days for in stock products (a little longer should be allowed for overseas customers). If any delays are expected beyond this time we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any likely delay.
Henry Kaye
The majority of the Henry Kaye range is available for dispatch within approximately 5 – 10 working days. The main exception to this is HK dyeable shoes and boots, as these are made to order, here in the UK. 4 weeks should be allowed for delivery. Similarly, the same timescale will apply for exchanges, so please do bear this in mind if you feel there will be a possibility of having to exchange your shoes.
Early Days Shoes
The Early Days children’s range is made to order, here in the UK. Orders can, therefore, take anything between 5 and 15 working days to be fulfilled. We will always keep you informed of any likely delays beyond this time.
Jewellery/Tiaras/Bridal Accessories
Delivery for the majority of our accessory lines is achieved within 5-7 working days. You will, of course, be contacted if we are aware of any likely delays beyond this time.
Placing an order is a simple process and should only take a couple of minutes. Just add your selection to the basket, then click on either "checkout now" or "confirm" if you wish to continue shopping. If you make a mistake and would like to remove an item from your basket, go to the "View Basket" section in the left hand column of the website and tick "remove" on the relevant item.
Once you have completed adding your items to the basket you will then be asked to complete your name and address details. Please complete this carefully and accurately as this is the delivery information which will be displayed on your package.
Payment can be made using any major debit or credit card via Netbanx secure server. You also have the choice of making your payment via Paypal, if you have a Paypal account.
You can also pay for your order over the telephone. When you place your order online, select the payment method "cheque payment – invoice and pay before delivery", then contact us on 01228 710588 Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 5.00pm, and we will be happy to take your credit or debit card details. Please have your order reference number handy as you will be asked to quote this. We do not store customer payment details for your security, and these are destroyed immediately upon completion of order.
Paying for your order by cheque is an acceptable method of payment. We regret, however, that an order cannot be processed until payment has cleared.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email confirming date of dispatch. The majority of orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery (1-2 days) and will require a signature upon receipt.
If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your parcel, a card will be left with advice on how to arrange a re-delivery or where to collect the parcel from. Please be aware that should your parcel not be collected within ONE week of that date, Royal Mail will return the parcel to us. Please see Terms and Conditions for further information in this event.
Larger orders will be sent using Royal Mail Standard Parcels (3-5 day delivery).
If you would like your order to be delivered to an alternative address, for example your work address, or a family member, where you know there will be someone available to sign for it, you can select this option during the checkout process, via a tick box.
Should you, for any reason, not be completely happy with your purchase, you are entitled to return it to us within 7 days of the date you received it*, for either an exchange or refund (upto 14 days for exchange). Items which cannot be returned include: dyed orders, jewellery sets with earrings, hosiery, garters, socks, gloves or any item which has been worn or shows signs of having been worn, for example with pitted or dirty soles, marks on the inside of the shoe where a foot sock hasn't been worn when trying etc.
Refunds will be given by the same method as the original payment. Returned goods must be in a saleable condition and in their original packaging for them to be accepted.
*Our full Returns Policy is set out in the Terms and Conditions page and we would advise you to refer to this prior to placing an order, and prior to returning your order to us. By placing an order with The Wedding Boutique you are agreeing to be bound by its Terms and Conditions.
We would, of course, like to keep returns to a minimum, as returns mean stock, and stock needs to be stored and, ultimately, storage is expensive! This, of course, eventually affects our prices and, as we want to keep our prices as fair as possible, we are, therefore, more than happy to offer advice on fitting wherever possible to avoid this. If you really can’t decide between two or more styles, we will fulfil your order for you but, regretfully, we must deduct an administration charge from the refund - details of this are set out in the Refunds section on the Terms & Conditions page.
